What types of home do we build?

Our main motto here, at Paul and Page, is to deliver ‘happy ever afters’ and to be able to do that we have to ensure that the homes we build are high quality. Every build we complete has an EPC rating of A. The future of construction is eco and we need to be able to ensure that we are following the same path. Our next step as a company is to move into passive house, but that’s a blog for another time. Right now we have to continue to maintain our high standards on the builds we currently have on the go.

Construction is a passion of ours and to be able to provide the standard we do, it really does need to be. This industry, although a fascinating and exciting one, is hard going. Technologies are constantly changing, systems get upgraded, materials change and techniques improve, so we really do have to be on our toes to keep up with the evolving times.

We have a signature style that we like to keep to with our builds. We use the best materials, workers and techniques to ensure that the homes maintain the same consistent high quality construction and are also aesthetically pleasing.

Sustainable construction is at the heart of what we do. We endeavour to provide energy efficient homes that are ready for the future. Sustainable builds are renowned for their minimal impact on the environment but that isn’t the only positive to these homes. They also take into consideration the health of the occupants and the cost of living. These builds are the ‘gifts that keep on giving’.

We know what our customers want and what they need and we aim to ensure that we are able to provide the type of home that anyone can be proud of. Our clients are not only happy with the builds but also with the commitment we have to their ‘home buying experience’.

Although we produce new builds, we provide very different homes from the ‘normal’ new builds. Firstly we are not a massive construction company that builds homes en masse and to a low budget. Each of our builds is designed and constructed to a well thought out plan. The design is set to be most beneficial to the occupants and to ensure the best standard of home possible. The materials that we use are of the highest quality and fit for purpose and we maintain our high level of craftsmanship throughout the build. You can have confidence and trust in us as builders and human beings. We built our company on passion; we are still here because it’s in our blood. We know how important the whole process of buying a home is and we want to make sure you enjoy it every step of the way; buying, moving and eventually living in your home.

We design our builds with their future occupants in mind, and we will continue to support each and every one of our clients even after the build has been sold.
