What made us get into this business?

Paul and Page is built on passion; sheer love and determination are at the heart of the company. We set up Paul and Page in order to be able to provide top quality builds, to ensure the future of construction and to be able to show everyone how you can have a sustainable home that doesn’t compromise anything else.

We are proud to be able to share the knowledge we have on both green technologies and forward-thinking construction techniques. Our industry is like no other. What might be relevant today could quite easily be a distant memory tomorrow. We thrive on the constant changes and the fact that technologies are being updated so regularly just allows for more scope on build methods and new techniques.

We take great pleasure knowing that our builds have minimal impact on the environment. All of our homes have an EPC rating of A, which is the highest rating that you can get and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We are proud of our homes, we love to be able to offer such quality to our clients and take enormous pleasure in their happiness.

We know that there is more to a build than just the location. So many other factors play key roles in building a home. We have spent years working out what works and what doesn’t. We have made mistakes along the way and we have grown from them. You don’t become an expert at anything without a steep learning curve. We got into this business because we wanted to be able to provide quality builds that weren’t currently readily available. With a background in construction we had a very good starting point.

When we started this company we wanted to be different from all the rest. We wanted to have complete transparency, trust, commitment, integrity and the highest level of craftsmanship. We know what other new builds offer. We know that a lot of them are mass produced by large developer companies and as a result they are often compromised on quality, style and personality. We wanted to be able to offer a completely different house buying experience. The homes our clients buy are, as we have previously said, of the highest possible quality. But that isn’t the total package. We have always, and will always, continue to offer support throughout the full ‘house buying experience’ as well as personalised aftercare. Trust is important to us, knowing that our customers have a stress free experience is part of our business plan. We aren’t naïve. We know, and have been there; stress can suck the fun out of anything. This is a memorable experience with a fantastic end product. That’s why we started this company. We wanted to provide a service that was otherwise hard to find and to provide a home to be proud of.
