What are our current projects?

We love to be able to keep you all in the loop with what we’re up to and how it is progressing. We have an array of images and information of our past projects showcasing our company’s skill, experience and expertise. Please take a look and if you have any thoughts don’t be afraid to pass these on. We welcome feedback, both positive and negative. We all learn from experiences, whatever those experiences are.

But, that wasn’t the question that was asked. So, what are we currently working on?

We have 3 builds in Therfield, one of which is a 4-bed new build. Another is a double-storey extension to a 2 bed, turning it into a 4-bed home and this is situated next to the new build. The third is a 4-bed passive house. These builds will consist of the high standards that Paul and Page offer. We deliver high performing, energy efficient homes which have minimal impact on the environment. In addition, we provide solutions to create a more sustainable future.

We bring everything we have to each and every project that we work on, knowledge, experience and solutions. We currently have a passive house project in Therfield. Passive house is one of the greenest builds you can construct. A passive house is a highly energy efficient build and a standard of its own. Originally developed in Germany, it was a pioneering concept to ensure the eco future of construction. The build uses ‘passive’ influences to help to generate a healthy and comfortable living environment, for example, natural light and ventilation rather than relying solely on active systems. Passive house design is imperative, and without the planning and consideration to this build it won’t work or comply with the standards set out. We find one of the hardest parts of our job is finding the right location. Not only do we strive to build homes in nice areas, we aim to keep the impact on the environment minimal. We know that the builds we construct need to be in keeping with their surroundings. We want them to stand out but we want them to stand out for the right reasons. The construction industry is an exciting industry to be in, and is fast-paced with regards to technology, construction methods and knowledge. Technologies are constantly evolving. This can seem a daunting prospect, but it also means that there are no boundaries; what we think we can’t do today, we can potentially do tomorrow.
