Balsham

H ere we are at the beginning of 2021 and we wanted to get the year off to a really positive start. We have 3 new build properties to get our teeth into and we can’t wait to get going.

Balsham is one of our locations for our fantastic new builds. This is an exciting adventure and hopefully one which will keep us busy over the next few months.

This property will be our 2 bed build. The large double bedrooms will feel light and spacious, perfect for relaxing in after a hard days work. The large family bathroom will be situated in between these two rooms on the first floor.

Downstairs there will be a large, open plan kitchen/dining area with double doors leading out to the landscaped garden. This is perfect for your ever growing needs and family. This space is ideal for entertaining or, even to sit back and relax in looking out onto the stunning garden.

The large living room runs from the front to the back of the property, again there are double doors leading to the garden. This is a large space, perfect for cosy nights in or a family games night. This house really does offer so much. Our needs are changing and we need our homes to be equipped to change with us.

The WC is just off the large entrance hall. The hall is a spacious area designed to let light disperse throughout the build.

All of our homes will have an energy efficiency rating of A. It is important to us to be able to look after the environment while delivering on our promise of quality homes.
